Spring has sprung, the leaves and grass are back to beautiful green. For photographers, this means it is time to be busy!
I enjoyed my first winter at the studio, many opportunities to take new bookings I hadn’t before without a space. With my first ever Valentine’s mini-sessions, and first Spring sessions as well! It went well!
Spring mini-sessions were the best, because we all love to see those beautiful colors in the scenes and the outfits. I’m glad I could offer that to my clients, many new ones, too!
Many clients who booked newborn sessions last year are returning this year for their child’s first birthday sessions – I can’t believe how much these beautiful kiddos have grown!
Summer will be lovely with a few weddings already booked and many family sessions to schedule. I’m always open to my clients wanting to book far ahead of time, this helps us plan out the details and look forward to the warmer weather. Honestly, doing Spring outdoor session aren’t my favorite until there is more color on the trees – who wants dead looking trees in their background with beautiful green grass and flowers?
With Summer filling up, we then begin to think about fall. Fall family sessions are my favorite, and definitely my busiest time of year! I love the smells, colors, and scenery. Many families book months ahead – and we all cross our fingers that Mother Nature cooperates with us!
If you’re thinking of booking for any kind of session, planning ahead is a must! My studio in Bedford is always ready for indoor sessions and I’m anxious to be on the go for on-location shots.
